There were excellent staff and location. The room met standard, functional with balcony.

I liked stuff and location, which where great.

The buffet breakfast with breads, cereal, butter, hardboiled eggs and cookies was fantastic with local dishes.

Small hotel with great service and beautiful location short walk to downtown, the restaurants and landmarks, Sirkeci train station.

Had a just perfect stay in Ersu hotel, everything was perfect. We had functional, spotless room, loved the location, it was magnificent and right near the main tourist attractions.

The hotel was truly exceptional, the staff was well organized, brilliant experience overall. Comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and free WiFi, TV set with satellite channels and climate control in the room. A stunning beach, extraordinary view. Beautiful garden and clean pool. Excellent service, very good value for money.

Staff was best, prime location in a very attractive area. Toast, butter and cheese were served for breakfast. The views from my comfy bedroom were spectacular! Daily service was friendly too.

This hotel was very good value for money. Spotless venue in quiet location in Istanbul. We got a room with a Jacuzzi. Lots of toast, butter and cheese at breakfast. Had bottled drinks in the roof top bar in the evening. A short walk to the clean beach.

All in all, it was great place for travelling to Istanbul. Loved the standard twin room we had. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

Excellent place for exploring Istanbul. This hotel is located near the beach. There was a good choice of food that was tasty. The kitchen is equipped with coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators.

rooms and food, all was superb. it was nestled really close to a tram stop. the setting of hotel was perfect. the location was an easy walk to the main attractions in istanbul, like basilica cistern.
